 Veritatis Consultancy Limited (“Veritatis” or “We”) provides a comprehensive back office service for small to medium sized companies carrying on business in England and Wales. We will undertake the management of bespoke legal and HR departments for businesses which are too small to bear the expenses of their own independent in-house legal and/or HR functions. In addition, Veritatis will take on the role of Corporate Company Secretary and will ensure proper compliance with current legislation in terms of filing and maintenance of records, as well as acting as the registered office for client companies.
As part of its full back office service, Veritatis will, if requested, provide comprehensive Sage based bookkeeping and payroll services. Veritatis are able to prepare management and compliant unaudited annual company accounts, but not audited accounts, which must be prepared by qualified and registered auditors.
Veritatis is a small company providing comprehensive, personalised and highly specialist corporate, legal and HR services, and the back office support we provide will not, in our view, be appropriate for all types of business. It is our policy not to accept new clients except through personal introduction from existing clients or others familiar with the nature of the benefit which Veritatis can bring to small and medium sized businesses.
